TERMS & CONDITIONS
We have subscriptions and merchandise; if you would like to buy from us, these are our terms and conditions.
We can send a subscription to anywhere in the world, but unfortunately, we cannot do the same for our Merchandise and our Products, you need to be in Australia for us to send them to you.
New subscriptions will commence with the next issue of the magazine, providing your order is received and processed prior to lodgement with the mailing house. The current issue (and back issues) can be purchased separately from our online store.
All subscription prices are listed in AUD, and include all postage costs.
We currently only offer subscriptions for Australian and New Zealand residents via our website. For international deliveries, please contact us at email@example.com prior to making your purchase, and we will arrange additional postage charges for you
From time to time, we may run prize draws for our subscribers.
Unless stated otherwise, gifts and prize draws are available to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Unless stated otherwise, subscribers will automatically be entered into the prize draw on either: the first issue of a one year subscription, or the first issue after renewing a one year subscription.
Unless stated otherwise, subscription gift and prize draw offers expire at the time the next issue of the magazine goes on sale or at the time stock has run out (whichever comes first).
You may cancel a subscription at any time and receive a refund on any outstanding unsent issues.
Postage and Delivery
We aim to deliver subscription copies prior to the on sale date, however we cannot guarantee WA residents, residents outside Australian metropolitan areas and overseas residents will receive their copy prior to the on sale date.
All orders for Australia are a flat fee of $10.00. We do not currently post merchandise to anywhere else. If you do live overseas and think that you really must have it, then feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate your additional postage fee for you, and your carbon footprint as well.
refunds and returns policy
Junkies is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
We will offer a refund or exchange on a subscription copy or any item purchased from Junkies' online shop if the item:
is found to have a genuine production fault
is significantly different to the sample or description given to the purchaser
does not do what it is supposed to
If the original purchase was made on a credit or eftpos card, the refund must be credited to the original card used.
If the original purchase was made from an independent retailer (newsagent, supermarket or store), your returns query must be made with that retailer directly.
The purchaser must provide proof of purchase.
If the item is deemed faulty, Junkies will cover the cost involved in returning items.
This returns policy corresponds with consumer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Give away competitions
Our give away competitions require the name of the competition in the subject line emailed and your address details in the body of the email, plus any other info we ask for.
Our give away competitions are a game of chance. The draw will take place two days after the close of the stated give away competition, and the winner will be notified via email within five business days.
Our give away competitions are available only to Australian and New Zealand residents.
